Where It All Began
The journey of Soba Renaissance started with a single question:
“What would it look like if we did farming right — not just for profit, but for people and the planet?”
In the heart of Kenya, where smallholder farms are plentiful but disconnected from modern infrastructure and markets, we saw an opportunity. Instead of replicating industrialized farming models, we created a new blueprint — one rooted in resilience, self-sufficiency, and circular production.
We began by producing our own animal feed. Then we added layers: chickens, cows, beehives, seedlings, butchering, dairy processing, and logistics. Every piece of the puzzle now works together in one vertically integrated system.
The result? A closed-loop ecosystem where nothing goes to waste, and everything is traceable — from soil to shelf.
